Content * The course has been designed as a foundation apprenticeship covering a broad range of practical skill areas which will significantly enhance their future employment opportunities. Students will cover the following engineering modules: * Mechanical - Fitting, Turning, Milling and Grinding * Electrical - Wiring and testing, Electrical Circuits * Engineering Principles Theory * Key Skills at level 1 or 2 Assessment Method of assessment - Coursework, portfolio, exams and continual assessment Progression Advanced modern apprenticeships in employment, National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
