Course Content:Core Subjects· Typaz Professional – The ability to touch type at high speed and accuracy. Outcomes will vary dependent on the application of the individual, but words per minute of between around 40‐60 words (and beyond) are achievable. Learners achieving 60 wpm will receive the BCS Level 2 Gold Award.· Effective Business Communication – Learn to communicate effectively in business – via letter, email, telephone and personal presentations· Microsoft Word – Introductory and intermediate word processing skills to a good employable standard· Microsoft Excel – Learn spreadsheet skills to a good business standard. This course will enable you to create a spreadsheet, enter data, formulas and functions, create charts and more.· Microsoft Powerpoint – Gain competency in creating slide presentations.
