Course programme
Learn how to meditate and think more positively at our weekly drop in meditation classes.
Classes are held in Wolverhampton on Tuesday evenings (on the dates given below).
Class venue:

The classes are suitable for everybody - including beginners.
Participants sit on chairs so no need to bring any special clothing or equipment - just come as you are.
The classes are very relaxing and include 2 guided meditations, a talk and discussion. There's also a chance to stay behind for tea and biscuits if you wish.
You don't need to book but if you would like to book for both the first and second series, you can do so at a discounted rate of £35.
You can drop in at any time during any of the series.
