Meeting MinutesOverviewMeetings form a crucial part
of any organisation's day-to-day operation. It is important that those who
support these meetings are able to listen actively and take useful and
constructive notes. This course is aimed at helping you to develop the
skills required to take effective meeting minutes.

personal action plan to support your continued learning back in the
workplace.
