This workshop explores the concept and practice of mentoring in comparison with other developmental activities. Participants have the opportunity to practise the skills in a relaxed and informal way with expert coaching and guidance from the trainer and feedback from other participants. Delegate numbers are limited to ensure everyone has maximum opportunities to receive assistance and coaching from the trainer.

At the end of this training programme participants will be able to:
Understanding of what Mentoring is and how it works within a workplace environment
Understanding of a three step Mentoring Model
Utilise the key skills for Mentoring, having practised these
Put mentoring into a Leadership & Developmental Context
Anyone who would like to improve their ability to mentor others in the workplace
