The MCITP - Enterprise Support credential also certifies that the professional has the knowledge and skills to diagnose and resolve all types of desktop support issues, including mobile and personal devices.The test is appropriate for you if you are working or want to work in a typically complex computing environment of medium-to-large organizations that use Windows Vista. It is recommended that you should have experience in configuring and troubleshooting any previous versions of the Windows operating system or Windows Server operating systems.This certification prepares you for various job roles, which include: system administrators, network administrators, or technical support specialists. The test is appropriate for you if you have experience in resolving issues concerning network connectivity, desktop operating systems, security, and other issues related with desktop applications.The certification requires you to pass two exams:70-620 – MCTS: Windows Vista Certification70-622 – MCITP: Vista Client for Enterprise Support Technicians
