This course is designed to introduce the concepts and facilities used in everyday working routines. Delegates will gain confidence in using a mouse and keyboard to navigate the Windows environment; composing, sending, reading and responding to e-mail messages; creating and saving simple Word documents.
By the end of the course delegates will be able to:
