Suitable for: Target Student: This course is invaluable for existing Outlook users who need to become more efficient when using this tool. Outlook is not just an email system and most companies could benefit from their users using Outlook Calendars to organise meeting, create tasks to monitor projects and much more. It is possible to train up to 12 delegates per day, with 6 delegates in the morning and 6 in the afternoon.

Introduction It will provide you with the skills you need to start sending and responding to email in Microsoft® Outlook®, as well as maintaining your Calendar, scheduling meetings, and working with tasks and notes. This course assumes you use Outlook on a regular basis and wish consolidate your understanding with formal training.
