Microsoft Word for Beginners introduces you to basic word processing & the basic commands, functions and capabilities of Microsoft Word 2007. It is ideal for those computer users who are new to word processing or are only going to use Word occasionally. For example, making written work more attractive while checking all error correction to make any forms of writing successful.
After the course you will be able to:
- Use Microsoft Word to create, open and save documents
- Check a document for spelling and grammar errors
- Format text by changing font, size, colour, alignment and line spacing
- Create lists with different bullet or numbering styles
- Preview and print documents in Word
- Create headers and footers that appear on every page
- Create and format tables in documents
