Course programme

Course review:

Learn how to prepare and cook delicious Moroccan and Eastern Med food like Yotam Ottolengi had made so popular, this is ideal food for summer entertaining or just for healthy delicious meals for the family. We will be making some meat items but most of the food is suitable for vegetarians and uses healthy seasonal ingredients.

Middle Eastern Cookery brings a taste of sunshine into our kitchen at any time of year, full of fresh ingredients and flavours.

This is a hands on workshop, not a demonstration, we expect you to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. You'll take some dishes home with you and some we'll eat for lunch.

We'll take you through traditional ingredients and spices used such as sumac and za'tar and we'll make homemade pitta bread and flat breads, slow roast tomatoes, hummus, marinated aubergines with tahini dressing, citrus chicken with greens, koftes and a refreshing pomegranate and orange pudding.
