Minitab An excellent course, well worthwhile. I would recommend this to all Minitab users. [HPA]  Introduction The day will concentrate on how to use Minitab to perform analyses and how to interpret and present the output.  Selecting an appropriate analysis will inevitably arise during discussions. Course Objectives
By the end of the course you will have:
  • Experienced using Minitab to analyse experimental and survey data using a range of standard statistical techniques.
  • Gained sufficient confidence to be able to use Minitab in your work and to extend your expertise to analyses not covered in the course.

  • Entering and importing data and data structure
  • Transforming, recoding and restructuring data
Descriptive Statistics  
  • Summarising data
  • Graphical displays
Inferential and Modelling Statistics  This session will start with t-tests and the one and two-way analysis of variance including their non-parametric equivalents leading to multiple and binary logistic regression analyses.
  • Two group comparisons
  • One and two-way ANOVA
  • Sample size calculation
  • Regression analysis
  • Binary Logistic Regression
