Course Information
- Having a PASMA card provides proof that you have undergone and successfully completed training up to industry standard.
- Most sites will need to see a PASMA card before you will be allowed to assemble, move or dismantle mobile access towers on site.
- The new Work at Height Regulations mean that the installation or erection of Mobile Access Towers should only be carried out by, or under the supervision of, a competent person. Such a person is someone considered to have training, technical knowledge or experience as may be appropriate having regard to the nature of the activity.
- PASMA qualifications are proof of competence.
- You can book individually or blocks of up to 12 people. The most popular choice is the "3T" or ‘through the trapdoor' method of installing a guardrail before standing on the platform. PASMA and the HSE approve 3T method of tower assembly.
