Course programme

Course review:

This is an occasional event for those with some experience of mindfulness or similar awareness practice.

You can arrive from 9.00am to settle in for a 9.30 start. We finish at 12.30. The morning has a simple programme of body awareness (’bodyscan’), mindful movement, and sitting and walking meditation – and a tea break. The morning is held mainly in silence – including the tea break – with some spoken guidance – and discussion to close. There are good chairs for sitting, but please bring a mat or blanket to lie on and a cushion for floorpractice. (We provide tea, biscuits, etc.)
