You must have completed Level 2 units, your Maths, English and I.C.T should be of a good standard. Relevant trade experience would be an advantage in the chosen subject. If Maths or English are not at the required level, candidates will be required to take part in Key Skills, this is in an integral part of your course. This would either be block form or extended hours.

Course Content:
The course will be a mixture of both theory and practical and you can use it to become qualified in a range of subjects relating to Vehicle Refinishing.

You will be required to attend on a regular basis, as there is a 90% attendance requirement on the course. Assessments will be via computer based, on-line testing and practical assessments.

Progression:
Previous qualified students have obtained employment into local garages. Successful students may qualify to sit IMI Automotive Technician Accreditation (Industry required Skills assessment).
