Moving & Handling - Level 1

To provide the student with the skills and undersanding to ensure they are lifting and moving appropriately to avoid both injury to themselves and others. To ensure the student is aware of legislation relating to moving and handling and to understand the safe principles of manual handling. Suitable for: People needing to ensure they are able to impliment appropriate moving and handling skills for both themselves and their employers.
