Suitable for: This three day programme has been designed to train selected staff to train others in the workplace in Manual Handling Operations. It aims to increase the awareness of Health and Safety Legislation with particular emphasis on the activities carried out by the organisation, and the safest way of handling.

Manual Handling Train the Trainer
This three day programme has been designed to train selected staff to train others in the workplace in Manual Handling Operations. It aims to increase the awareness of Health and Safety Legislation with particular emphasis on the activities carried out by the organisation, and the safest way of handling.
This will include information relating to:
- Employers and Employees Duties under the Health and Safety at Work etc, Act 1974
- The Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992 (as amended)
- The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002
- The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999
- The Kinetic method of handling
- Manual Handling Risk Assessment
