Today’s effective business managers and consultants require knowledge, understanding and skills relating to human behaviour in the workplace, well-being of people at work and organisational effectiveness. Aston Business School offers an MSc programme that develops these attributes, shaping the managers of tomorrow.

Aston’s MSc in Organisational Behaviour involves the study of individuals and groups within organisational and social contexts, and the study of internal processes and practices as they affect those individuals and groups.

The programme builds on Aston’s recognised strength in Organisational Behaviour teaching; from the “Aston Studies” of the 1970s right through to being ranked 1st for OB teaching in the recent Financial Times survey of MSc Graduates.

In addition we offer the opportunity to complete Level A and B Psychometric testing training as defined by the British Psychological Society.
