Course programme

International students would normally be expected to obtain either Academic IELTS test with a score of 6.0 or TOEFL with a minimum score of 550 (paper-based) or 213 (computer-based) or 80 (internet-based).

If you do not meet the English language requirements, you-05-be eligible for the English for University Study programme.

Please note: if you are from a majority English speaking country, you will not be required to provide proof of your English Language proficiency.


UK Honours degree 2:2 (or equivalent) in any discipline associated with the construction and property industry.

Or, corporate membership of a construction of property-related professional body (eg RICS, RIAS, CIOB).

Applicants without a formal degree level qualification or strong qualifications in unrelated disciplines maybe accepted on to the PgD programme subject to relevant industry experience.
