As such, the aims of the programme are to: 1. Enable you to develop a repertoire of specialist skills and competencies for working ¡n the music and audío production sector, in a creative or technical capacity 2. Provide practical specialist training in technical skills associated with music & audio production to industry standards, using industry level resources 3. A particular distinctive feature of this programme is that you will be able to gradúate with a Foundation Degree EITHER in Science OR in Arts (FdSc or FdA). We've developed this programme in recognition of the wide variety of creative and technical roles within the contemporary Music and Audio Industry: extensive research with industry practitioners, tutors and students has confirmed that with such a diversity of career options, you need to be able to direct your studies to build a portfolio of work that best represents your skills and abilities in relation to the role (or roles!) you aspire to.
