Course programme

The Level 3 Certificate in Music Performance comprises of three units of study: Music performance techniques Pop Music in Practice Aural perception skills These units are largely practical but each has an element of research and written work which must be completed to attain the unit grade. On successful completion of the Certificate, students can progress to the Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in year two, gaining a full A Level equivalent (60 units in total). The three study units of the Subsidiary Diploma are: Song writing Techniques Live Music Workshop Working and developing as a musical ensemble
