2. Course description This one year course, in association with The Rock and Pop Foundation, is a music industry qualification which will equip you with the skills, knowledge and understanding to progress into employment in the music industry or further study at a higher level. The course gives you the opportunity to develop and master industry-ready skills in diverse disciplines from performing and composing through to music technology and music business.

3. Entry requirements At least 4 GCSEs at grade 4 (grade C) or above, including Maths and English Language. 4. Equipment required No equipment required 5. Assessment method The qualifications are 40% externally assessed and 60% internally assessed. The externally assessed core unit takes the form of a timed assessment under controlled conditions based on an assignment set and marked by Rock School. The remaining units are optional units and are internally assessed.
