This course aims to provide a sound working knowledge to enable the delegate to implement the protocols and procedures with confidence. This course will also give the delegate evidence towards Common Induction Standards, NVQ Units: HSC 21, 22, 23, 24 HSC 31, 32, 33, 35, and preparation for further study.

Course Outline:-
- Understanding the reasons for different behaviours
- Assess the potential for difficult behaviour
- Knowledge of how to be prepared at all times
- Understanding and prevention of confused and unpredictable behaviour
- Knowledge of delivering a high quality of care to even the most difficult service user
Course Aims:-
- To develop Knowledge of the reasons for the types of behaviour
- To identify various reasons for the types of behaviour
- To explore and recognise signs of the behaviour difficulties
- To explore ways to be prepared for the different behaviour types
- Knowledge of being able to care for even the most difficult behaviour issues
Learning Outcomes:-
- Gain a working knowledge of types of behaviour and the reason why it could occur
- Gain an Understanding of how to be prepared and recognise the symptoms of behaviour
