- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Recognising and defusing conflict

- Defusing high risk conflict
- Resolving and learning from conflict
This course is a requirement for anyone becoming a door supervisor and is delivered over 30 hours. Applicants must have a current CRB check to apply for the SIA licence.
