National Certificate for Door Supervisors £199
The Private Security Industry Act of 2001 declared that those working in private security must be licensed. This qualification is jointly awarded by City and Guilds and the BIIAB. Gaining the level 2 National Certificate for Door Supervisors will enable candidates to apply for a Door Supervisors Licence from the Security Industry Authority (the SIA).
The training course for the National Certificate for Door Supervisors is a 30 hour course covering a range of topics relative to working in the private security industry. It can be delivered at weekends, weekdays or evenings at our training centre or at a venue arranged by you.
There are two examinations, one for each unit. Each examination has 40 multiple-choice questions and will take one hour. While Unit 1 is a conventional multiple-choice paper, Unit 2 requires you to watch video clips before answering the questions.
