Course Description:
The course will provide learners with an introduction to the issues around stereotyping, prejudice and discrimination. It addresses good practice in equality both in the workplace and the community.

Description Breakdown:
This Certificate consists of two units and there is a choice as follows:
Section A:
Unit 1: Exploring equality and diversity
Unit 2: Exploring how people's rights and responsibilities are protected at work.
Section B:
Unit 3: Working or learning in a place that promotes diversity
Unit 4: Living in diverse communities
Learners will need to choose one unit from section A and one from section B.
Learners will work through workbooks in their own time with support from a tutor via phone and email.
