NCFE Certificate in Introduction to Health, Social Care and Children and Young People’s Settings Level 1

This course will help you to develop the skills and qualities you'll need for working in health and social care or for further learning.

You will cover topics such as:

• investigating rights and responsibilities at work,
• managing your health at work,
• health and social care needs,
• creative activities for children,
• promoting healthy eating in care,
• community action,
• career progression.

Entry Requirements

• A minimum of four GCSEs at grade E or above, including English language, and maths at grade F or above, or
• an entry level 3 qualification, entry level 3 English and entry level 2 maths, and
• a satisfactory interview.
