NDEA (commercial level 3 & 4 Diploma)

All commercial properties now have to comply with EU legislation and must have an EPC produced when the building is marketed for sale or rent. Only qualified NDEA assessors can undertake the work. The Energy Link has a combined level 3 and 4 course which is taken over 5 days at anyone of our national approved City & Guilds training centres. The qualification can be obtained in as little as 3 weeks.

Course Overview

The Energy Link has experience in all areas of the energy sector, particularly in renewable energy technologies. The course includes live commercial property visits where students will be shown how to identify structures and understand energy values within the buildings envelop. Once data is gathered there is a requirement to input the information using SBEM software to produce the certificate.

The Energy Link has the most user friendly software available free of charge to all trainees ensuring you a smooth and speedy qualification. On the final day of the course (5th day) candidates sit the 2 multiple choice exams with immediate results. Full support and assistance is provided by our expert team.

Upon qualification you can further your skills by attending our energy management or renewable energy courses.
