NEBOSH Managment of Health and Well-being at work

This new qualification will benefit companies in all sectors who are seeking to improve the efficiency, and morale of their workforce.
General managers, supervisors and HR personnel who have responsibility for, or involvement in, the health and well-being of employees as part of their day-to-day duties.
Organisations may wish to use it as part of their health and well-being strategy to
compliment their existing occupational health staff.
It will equip managers to minimise absence, encourage people back to work
where possible, and deal effectively with the health issues of their staff.
The course is assessed by written examination on managing health and well-being in the workplace and
a practical assessment based on identification of workplace health and well-being issues.
This course can be delivered within your organisation, or your employees can attend training courses run throughout the UK by us, in a variety of flexible course formats, so training can be arranged according to your needs.
