    Today's 5 KEY negotiation styles.  What style of negotiation do you have?   The effective negotiator has the ability to read the situation and adopt a suitable natural style. Adopt the inappropriate style and disaster looms.
     
      We give you the 10 Key Points of the great negotiator's profile. You will be able to assess yourself against this profile and verify easily your strengths and areas for improvement.    
    Simple to remember and easy to implement, our phases of negotiation will serve as a blueprint for your negotiation success.  The first phase, preparation, is sadly too often neglected with the result that negotiators can 'freeze' when negotiating, become too easily manipulated by the other side, fail to capitalise on opportunity and sadly, lose confidence because of the less than successful outcomes.
