ATL Solutions design and deliver networking skills training workshops for SME’s business owners and public sector managers across the West Midlands.
Networking is about making connections, building relationships and creating win-win scenarios. ATL Solutions runs workshops for business owners, managers and individuals responsible for sales and business development to improve their networking skills.
The power of word of mouth marketing is invaluable when it comes to building on your network of contacts. It's therefore important to learn the skills and techniques to help you to meet your business objectives.
Delegates learn how to:
- Confidently meet new contacts
- Make effective initial approaches
- Skillfully develop new business relationships and sustain them in the longer term
- Generate new business through referrals
- Understand the value of formal and informal networks and decide what’s right for them
- Develop a networking approach that becomes a part of their day-to-day life
- Be noticed and remembered by the people they meet for the things that matter
Workshop Delivery
This course is delivered by Helen Brewster and Phil Ingle of ATL Solutions over two ½ day workshop sessions. Helen is a founding director of the company and has built ATL Solutions business through networking. Phil is an experienced sales and management trainer who has designed and delivered networking training to more than 200 ATL Solutions delegates. Both will put delegates at ease whilst also helping to build their skills and confidence.
Courses are held in the West Midlands (normally in venues in or near Solihull and Coventry) or can be delivered on an in-house basis for sales teams and those with new business development responsibilities.
The course is also a unique opportunity to become part of a vital business network. Delegates are encouraged to develop a strong network within their training group and beyond the two workshops all delegates are given access to the ATL Solutions on-line forum to network, share ideas and best practice.
