Neuro-Linguistic Programming

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the practice of understanding how people achieve and produce the results they do by the way in which they use their language, feelings, behaviour and thinking. We are continuously interacting with people and communicating messages to them.  These interactions are sub-conscious and influence how we think, feel and behave.  NLP helps us to understand these processes and make the most of them. You could think of NLP as a personal instruction manual for the human brain. It's the study of how we think, feel and act, marked by an intense curiosity about how (rather than why) human beings get the results they do. 

NLP training provides the skills to define and achieve your outcomes or goals and a heightened awareness of your senses, allowing you to remain flexible, on track and maintain rapport with those around you. 
This course is for anyone who wishes to be able to understand the basics of NLP, be able to improve their communication and take charge of their life. Your interactions with others influence how you think, how you feel and how you yourself react. Neuro-linguistic-programming, or NLP for short, is about making the most out of these experiences. Neuro relates to the brain and what happens in your mind. Linguistic relates to language and how you may use it and Programming relates to patterns of behaviour which you learn and repeat.
