Course programme

The INLPTA 16 day NLP Practitioner course (which includes the 4 Day Diploma course) is a prerequisite to the 16 day Master Practitioner training

Please note that there are two options available to you on our NLP Master Practitioner course:

Option 1 : Attend the 4 Day Seminar on Advanced NLP Techniques ONLY - open to all qualified NLP Practitioners

Option 2 : Sign up to the full 16 Day Master Practitioner including the 4 Day Advanced Techniques Seminar and the Kalahari adventure

The INLPTA Master Practitioner course is the flagship of our NLP trainings. Here we create a unique mix of Stone Age NLP, involving modelling the Earth's oldest surviving culture, with outstanding advanced NLP skills that create the platform for your mastery of this methodology. The Master Practitioner is also a prerequisite to certification as an INLPTA Trainer of NLP.

Why choose our Master Practitioner course?

We offer you the full INPLTA syllabus that you will receive on any other INLPTA Master Practitioner training as per the prescribed INLPTA standards - the most rigorous in the NLP community. There are loads of fascinating content in this course including a whole new level of insights into beliefs, values, modelling excellence, strategies and much more. Please peruse the course syllabus below for details.

We then add an unforgetable experience - a trip of a lifetime to the Kalahari Desert in Botswana where you will live among the San Bushmen for 8 days (plus 2 days travelling time in Botswana). Apart from meeting and becoming friends with these amazing people, you will undertake your NLP modelling project among them, eliciting stone age values, beliefs and behaviours with fascinating potential for living in a modern world. We have decades of experience to ensure that you are safe and well cared for throughout the experience. If you have ever dreamed of visiting Africa but were daunted by the prospect, then this is your chance!

You get all of this for the same investment or even less than you will pay most reputable NLP training companies in the city.

For a small additional fee you can also sign up for an unforgetable African safari in one of Africa's foremost game reserves under expert and experienced guides. We will make all these arrangements on your behalf.

Course Syllabus

The INLPTA Master Practitioner course is run over 16 days of "classroom" training, in four seperate modules both in the UK and in the Kalahari Desert in Botswana, southern Africa. Each module has a distinct purpose and the modules are as follows:

Module 1 : Seminar on Advanced NLP techniques (4 days) - Open to all qualified NLP Practitioners - regardless of whether you go on to the full Master Practitioner certification

The seminar is open to all certified Practitioners of NLP. Following onto the full Master Practitioner course in the Kalahari is optional and necessary to become a certified INLPTA NLP Master Practitioner. This four day seminar offers you a hand picked set of superb NLP techniques to take your ability with NLP to the next level. Here is what you can expect over the four days:

Personality Profiling

In your Practitioner training you will have learned the basics of how we each filter our sensory experience to create our own unique map of the world. In this seminar we delve into much more detail in identifying the filters that construct the basis of personality. We start with Meta Programs, NLPs own typology tool. Learn fascinating insights into how extroverts versus introverts, motivation towards or away from, choosing options or procedures, sorting for sameness or difference and many more. We then add to this an insight into the Enneagram, the oldest typology tool available. Understand the nine Enneagram types and acquire amazing insights into your own personality and those of friends and colleagues. Contrast the challenger with the helper, the melancholy four with the strutting peacock in the seven and more. Learn how we become fixated on our ego and discover tools to move beyond these limitations, acquiring the positive aspects of other types.

Hypnosis

In your Practitioner training you will have experimented with the NLP patterns in a light state of trance. We now offer you two tools to undertake patterns in deep trance including direct hypnosis and Ericksonian indirect hypnosis. You will acquire the confidence and skill to add hypnosis to your therapy and also to master the hypnotic language skills of persuasive communication.

Criteria Utilisation Patterns

Dubbed Sleight of Mouth by Robert Dilts in his seminal work on the subject, these are the language skills of some of the most influential people of our time. How is it that people like Barack Obama are so persuasive? What language techniques are they using? Criteria Utilisation Patterns bring all your NLP language skills together and then refine these into a powerful set of communication tools that not only persuade but build new choice and options in any situation.

Module 2 : The Kalahari Briefing (2 days) - for full INLPTA certification as a Master Practitioner you will need to complete all 4 Modules including the three modules below plus the 4 Day Advanced Techniques Seminar oulined above

For those who are joining us for the full Master Practitioner training, this is where the excitement begins. This is your first briefing session for the Kalahari adventure and we cover two areas:

Modelling the San

We will draw on cutting edge modelling tools from various NLP schools but focussed on the behavioural modelling tools developed by the founder of INLPTA, Wyatt Woodsmall. Here you will learn the techniques required to extract excellence, not only from the San but in any modelling project that you choose. The tools will explore the mind / emotion / behaviour phenomenon and will go further to explore the instalation of models into other cultures and societies.

Introduction to the San people

We will share with you our extensive experience of the San people and will show you rare video footage of their livelihoods, both old and contemporary. We will also introduce you to the ethos of Stone Age NLP and its potential for revolutionising living in a modern world.

Module 3 : The Kalahari Experience (10 days)
Eight days (with two additional days travelling) of this 16 day training are undertaken in the Kalahari Desert in southern Africa. We will fly you from Johannesburg, South Africa to Maun, Botswana on the magnificent Okavango Delta where you will spend your first night. Then we transport you south to the San Bushmen for an unforgetable experience.

Part of our project is to model the livelihood strategies of the San. These hunter-gatherer peoples, as with others around the world, have a unique approach to life, quite different from our own. They raise their children differently with little or no discipline and remarkably close adult bonds; they perceive economics differently to us, favouring few possessions and with a rigorous culture of sharing and gift giving;they see the natural world different to us, as part of it and not masters of it, and have an awe inspiring knowledge and sensory acuity in their desert home; they have a unique approach to diet and health which is rapidly dissapearing in the face of modernity. There are numerous other themes to explore.

Also part of this module will be to explore deeper levels of content through advanced NLP tools. We will schedule breakway sessions from the San to offer advanced strategies; value systems including Gravesian values; advanced submodalities; and a detailed exploration into belief change work.

You will spend your final night in Maun before being flown back to Johannesburg for your connecting flight. Or, you may choose to stay on in the Delta for a life changing wildlife safari in Moremi Game Reserve, one of the foremost game reserves in Africa.

Module 4 : The Final Weekend (2 days)
