Suitable for: The qualification is designed for non-care workers in statutory, private and voluntary care settings. Non-care workers are those staff who regularly communicate and interact with service users but who do not provide direct personal care. Examples are: receptionists, care takers, drivers, domestic staff and administrators. The minimum age for entry to this qualification is 16.
