The Energy Trust NDEA training allows you to become a Non Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) were your role will be varied, as you inspect and measure commercial buildings as a requirement of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive which was introduced for commercial buildings or industrial premises from April 2008.
Qualified and accredited Non Domestic energy Assessors are required to prepare these certificates. This presents an opportunity for you though our NDEA training to qualify as a Building Energy Assessor for non-domestic energy assessing.
Energy Trust is extending its highly regarded programme of energy assessor training and assessment to include this new NDEA training opportunity in the commercial buildings sector for non-domestic energy assessors.
Commercial Buildings include offices, retail shops, industrial units, warehouses, Public Houses and other commercial buildings that use energy to heat or cool.
With great facilities and expert training, Energy Trust has been delivering iSBEM training for Building Regulations compliance for ten years. We also carry out energy surveys & produce EPCs for a list of clients. With this pedigree we believe we are best placed to give you the quality of training that you need to become a skilled and confident assessor of the energy performance of commercial buildings delivering the services of a Non Domestic Energy Assesor.
