Overview Our Nutrition programme centres on diet and lifestyle choices, health inequalities and public health policy, food product development (including safety and quality), nutritional biochemistry, weight management and obesity, behaviour change, role of sport and exercise in health, nutrition through the lifespan, and on development of communication and practical skills for food and health professionals.

Other requirements: For the old GCSE system we require grade C or above and for the new GCSE grading system we will accept grade 4 or higher in both English Language, Maths and Science (or accepted equivalent qualifications).
