Course Information You will be involved in research work in your final year and will have the opportunity to work with researchactive staff on relevant projects for your dissertation study and in work-based learning. The course will be delivered by a team of experienced nutrition specialists (Registered Nutritionists and Dietitians) with research and industry experience, supported by other academic staff with expertise in public health, health promotion, research methods and social sciences. The programme will focus on new product development. This area is of particular importance to food manufacturers and retailers who are seeking healthier alternatives to existing popular products and new recipe formulations to meet the growth in demand.
