About the course: The Level 3 NVQ in Management is a nationally recognised work based qualification aimed at middle managers. Objectives: This qualification is designed to sharpen your management skills, knowledge and understanding, as well as focussing you on how you can contribute to effectiveness of teams in your respective workplace. Once achieved, the next step is to progress to a higher level management qualification.

The candidate must complete 4 mandatory units and 3 optional units
