What will I study?
This qualification is taught and assessed in your work place. You will learn on an individual basis taking into consideration your skills, development needs and other responsibilities.

You will study the following units including:

Manage your own resources and professional development
Provide leadership in your own area of responsibility
Allocate and monitor the progress and quality of work in your area of responsibility
Develop and implement operational plans for your area of responsibility
Encourage innovation in your area of responsibility
Develop productive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met in your area of responsibility
Manage business processes

What can I do after this course?
On successful completion of this course you could progress onto a higher level 4 qualification or a Degree at university.
