What will I study?
You will study 6 units; the 3 mandatory units you will study are:

Establishing communication with clients for advice and guidance
Supporting clients to make use of advice and guidance services
Reviewing your own contribution to the service

You can also select a range of optional units based on your current job role. This qualification will be taught and assessed in your work place and is based on your skills, development needs and other responsibilities.

What can I do after this course?
On successful completion of this course you could progress onto the NVQ 4: Advice & Guidance. If you have moved into a very senior role.
