Specially designed for middle managers it provides learners with an opportunity to develop core competencies at this level e.g. encouraging innovation and managing the business process.
This qualification is for you if you are a practising manager with responsibility for:
- Allocating work to others.
- Achieving specific results by using resources effectively.
- Carrying out policy in your defined area of authority.
- Controlling limited financial budgets.
- Contributing to broader activities, such as change programmes and recruitment.

Course Outline
The full award consists of 9 units; 5 mandatory units plus at least one of the units from the key role B section and 3 optional, therefore allowing the learner to tailor their award to suit the requirements of their job.
