Course review:
Candidates must achieve all 8 credits from the two mandatory units and a further 20 credits must be achieved by completing a minimum of one unit from each of the four option groups (at least 11 of these 20 credits must be at Level 2).
NVQs are qualifications that demonstrate someone’s ability at work. The training is mainly on the job and NVQ assessment recognises an individual’s performance at work within a nationally recognised qualification.
NVQs are available at three levels: Award, Certificate or Diploma – depending on the experience and level an individual is working at.
