NVQ In Customer Service Level 4
This course is suitable for Managerial customer service role. This course is aimed at those who have the autonomy within there role to make decisions on the strategic delivery of customer service that will enhance the customer experience and who have the opportunity to monitor and critically analyze customer service data.
The course is also suitable for those who are studying in preparation for employment in job roles where they will be expected to carry out activities with significant management duties overseeing the delivery of Customer Service.
Mandatory Units:
Level 4 consists of 9 units, 2 mandatory and 7 optional.
• Understand customer service to improve service delivery
• Know the rules to follow when developing customer
service.
Mode of study:
Work based evidence collection. A candidate will be allocated an assessor who will judge their competence against the National occupational standards.
