Course programme
You will study a range of topics, including Asian, African-Caribbean and European cookery and pastry skills.
You will also learn about health and safety issues.
The course is mostly practical, but you will collect evidence of what you have done.
The course is parent friendly with flexible times to suit childcare and is for people from difference backgrounds.
Entry Requirements
- An initial assessment indicating that you are working at level 1 and you are able to achieve level 2 English and level 1 maths within one year, or
- a level 1 professional cookery qualification, English at level 1 and maths at entry level 3,
- previous catering experience is preferred.
