This practical course gives you the skills you will need to develop your career in the Hospitality Industry. You will not have to leave work to get this qualification, which means that you will earn a wage whilst becoming better qualified. This course is ideally suited to people in supervisory or management positions within the hospitality industry. What are the entry requirements?
You need to have gained 4 GCSEs at grades D-G and have a good interest in the Hospitality Industry. You must have a positive attitude towards learning, working as part of a team and good communication skills. Candidates should be in a relevant job role.
How long does it last?
The course can start anytime during the year but should be completed within 2 years. What will I study?
You will study 5 Mandatory Units and a minimum of 3 other optional units covering all the areas of hospitality and catering.
How will I be assessed?
Assessments will take place in the workplace by our assessors. This will be continuous assessment throughout the course and written questions on underpinning knowledge.
Will this course lead to a qualification?
At the successful completion of the course you will gain a Level 3 Hospitality Supervision Qualification. What equipment will I need to buy?
