Evidence
must be collected to prove competence in the following categories (Level
3):

working relationships
G031 Determine requirements for improved control
of health and safety risks
G032 Contribute to improved control of
health and safety risks
G033 Maintain the health and safety policy
G013
Contribute to the maintenance and development of emergency response
capability
Candidates hoping to achieve this award will be:
1.
Involved in managing safety
2. Involved in meetings relating
to safety matters (one on one is acceptable)
3. Helping to
develop and maintain safety management systems
4. In a
position to influence the workforce relating to safety matters
5.
Identifying and controlling, (or suggesting methods of controlling), risks
in the workplace
6. Involved in reviewing and updating
company safety policy
This award is not aimed at
any particular size or type of business but the candidate must have
'significant' risks to manage.
