After completing the NVQ Business Administration Level 2 you will be able to prove that your skills, competence and knowledge are up to national standards in the following areas: managing customer relations organising business travel and accommodation dealing with visitors supervising an office facility procuring products and services managing and evaluating customer relations. Suitable for: The NVQ Business Administration Level 2 course is for those working in office environments, for example junior assistants, administrators and contact centre operators. There is no prescribed recommended prior knowledge, attainment or experience needed to gain access to this qualification.

How does it work?

To successfully achieve the NVQ Business Administration Level 2 qualification you must complete two mandatory units and three optional units. You should choose optional units which are relevant to your current role and will allow you to collect sufficient evidence. The mandatory units, which must be completed, are:
