Course Content:
For this qualification you will study and be assessed on the following areas: Health and Safety. Food Safety, Team work, Customer Service, Fish, Meat and Poultry, Vegatables, Pasta, Salads, Fruit Dishes, Table lay-up and Serving Food and Drink.

You will require a kitchen/restaurant uniform and a set of knifes. The cost of these items will be advised during the interview. Learners may be eligible to apply for a Learner Support Fund grant to pay for these items.

Progression:
Upon successful completion of the course learners may progress onto the Hospitality Diploma at Level 2.
