Introduction:
This course is useful as a stepping stone for those working in the Pharmacy industry. This is a competence based programme involving the collection of evidence in the workplace.

Study Mode & Location:
This one year course will be held at Preston College, St. Vincent's Road, Fulwood, PRESTON, PR2 2ED.

Course Content:
Students attend for a series of full day workshops. Day one, is an introduction day in which we assess the student study skills. Appropriate support can be provided as necessary. The underpinning knowledge for the Health and Safety unit is also covered on this day.

Assessment:
Students will be asked to complete a portfolio of evidence along with an assessment in the workplace.

Careers & Progression Opportunities:
Students successfully completing this course can progress on to the NVQ Level 3 Pharmacy Services.

How To Apply
You will need to have an informal interview with a Adult Admissions Adviser.
Many courses have limited places so please enquire as soon as possible. Following interview, the earliest you may enrol is mid-June.

Depending upon your circumstances, you may be able to study for FREE or at a reduced price.
