Thank you for choosing I Matter Training LTD to further your professional career with Contact Centres.

The Level 3 Contact Centre Professionals is for experienced call centre agents and Customer Service Officers and Team Leaders. It provides certification in a broad range of skills for contact centres and customer service skills.

To achieve this qualification you will need to successfully complete 8 unts, including 2 mandatory, 4 optional units from group A and two from group B.
