At level 3 you need to complete 11 units, seven of which are mandatory: Evaluating and developing your own practice. Identifying individual learning aims and programmes. Agreeing learning programmes with learners. Developing training sessions. Creating a climate that promotes learning. Monitoring and reviewing progress with learners. Responding to changes in learning and development. You then choose four further units from a further 12 units &bull. Suitable for: Do you like to see people learn and succeed? Have you got what it takes to pass on knowledge and skills to others? If you have then perhaps you should think about getting involved in learning programmes and training. You could soon be identifying and agreeing learning aims with individuals, devising programmes to meet learning needs, or even delivering appropriate training yourself either in the workplace or at training centres.
