Course programme

The NVQ Level 3 in Management is designed to help your employees develop the skills and attitudes they need to perform effectively as First Line Managers. The programme offers current managers the opportunity of undertaking a formal learning programme designed to develop some of the functional management skills needed by today’s managers.

Through gaining this qualification, your managers will be able to:


- Manage resources effectively
- Provide effective leadership to team members
- Monitoring Progress and Quality of Work
- Ensure Health and Safety responsibilities are achieved

To achieve the NVQ Level 3 in Management candidates are required to demonstrate their competence in 7 units of which 4 are mandatory and 3 are optional.
